We have two seperate solutions for skateparks: the best sprayed concrete skateparks backed up by the robust smooth precast concrete.

The spray method lends itself well to organic shapes and blended contours within a park; any shape can be sprayed with concrete.  Some structures do require engineering calculations to prove the structural integrity of the design and we can provide this service in-house.

The hand finishing (shaping) of a sprayed park is of the upmost importance as if this is performed poorly it can greatly diminish the ride quality. 

We have been producing sprayed parks for 18 years and have designed and built many sprayed facilities throughout the UK.

There is nothing smoother than our precast half pipe.  Cast in steel moulds, these have the perfect radius and are perfectly smooth.  Not even the best concrete finisher could achieve this.
